Change-of-mind returns
You may return a kit within 30 days of delivery if it is complete, unassembled and undamaged. You pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect kits
If your kit arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact RPS with your order reference and a description of the problem. RPS covers reasonable shipping costs and will provide replacement parts, a repair or a replacement kit. If a suitable remedy is not possible, RPS will provide a refund.
One-year limited warranty
RPS covers manufacturing defects in supplied components, LEDs and factory wiring for one year from delivery, when the kit is correctly assembled and operated. RPS will provide replacement parts, a repair or a replacement kit and cover reasonable shipping costs for covered defects. If a suitable remedy is not possible, RPS will provide a refund.
When practical, RPS will replace the affected component rather than require the entire kit to be returned.
What is excluded
Coverage excludes damage caused by incorrect voltage, incorrect wiring or assembly, modification or physical abuse. Correct assembly of the kit does not void coverage. An assembly, wiring or modification issue excludes coverage only for damage it causes.
Request a return or warranty remedy
Contact RPS with your order reference, the affected kit or component, and a description of the issue. For a change-of-mind return, request it within 30 days of delivery. For a warranty claim, report the defect during the one-year coverage period. RPS will help identify the affected parts and provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions.
Your consumer rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. These voluntary return and warranty terms are subject to applicable consumer rights. They do not reduce rights or remedies that applicable law provides.
